Administrative Customer Service
Job Duties
We currently have an opportunity here at BEST Logistics group in our Admin Department. We are looking for an Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist. This individual will help ensure that the company's bills are paid on time and that the company is not overcharged for any service. The Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist is responsible for:
Receive in paperwork such as bills of laden and match up with what is in the system to ensure accuracy.
Receive payments from customers.
Communicate with customers to get information on payment, give out payment details, and verify information.
Look through invoices and ensure that payment within the terms by the due date to ensure there are no late payments.
Research bills for accuracy to ensure there is no over payment or underpayment.
Compare invoice to PO to ensure accuracy.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma
An understanding of the basic properties of general accounting is required
One to Three Years of Related Experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
