Job Description:
The Internet Department Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that our vehicles are accurately and attractively presented on our website and various online platforms.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for photography, and a strong understanding of digital marketing.
Responsibilities:

Vehicle Listing Management:
a.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date vehicle listings on our website and other third-party websites.
b.
Collect and organize necessary information about each vehicle, including specifications, features, pricing, and availability.
c.
Collaborate with the sales team to gather relevant vehicle details and maintain accurate inventory records.
2.
Content Creation and Optimization:
a.
Write engaging and informative descriptions for each vehicle, highlighting key features and benefits to attract potential customers.
b.
Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to optimize vehicle descriptions and ensure maximum visibility in online searches.
c.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align content strategies and maintain consistency across all digital platforms.
3.
Visual Asset Management:
a.
Edit and enhance images using photo editing software to create visually appealing and professional-looking pictures.
b.
Regularly update and replace vehicle images on the website to ensure accurate representation.
4.
Online Advertising Support:
a.
Assist in the creation and execution of online advertising campaigns to promote the dealership and specific vehicles.
b.
Monitor campaign performance, gather data, and provide insights to optimize advertising efforts.
Requirements:
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and SEO techniques.
- Basic photography skills with the ability to capture appealing vehicle images.
- Familiarity with photo editing software.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using content management systems (CMS).
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to engage effectively with potential customers.
