Dental Front Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients, obtaining necessary authorizations and pre-certifications as required - Accurately code and submit dental procedures to insurance companies - Address and resolve insurance-related inquiries and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner - Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities - Assist with patient scheduling and treatment coordination -Collect patient's financial portions Requirements:
- Must 2
years of prior DENTAL front office experience.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, policies, and procedures - Excellent attention to detail and ability - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach -Knowledge of Eaglesoft software a plus
