00 an hour 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago A very busy private medical dermatology office is seeking a full-time experienced, Medical Receptionist to work in our High Point office as a Check-in/Check-out Clerk and/or Appointment Scheduler.
The successful candidate must have recently worked in a medical office setting for at least 1 year and who will provide excellent customer service, be energetic, self-motivated, a critical thinker, have ability to multi-task, be quick, but polite.
The position requires a good working knowledge of medical insurances in NC and insurance terminology (copay, coinsurance, deductible, out-of-pocket, Medicare Advantage, etc.
).
Depending upon the position and the day, the employee will be required to arrive between 7:
40 am - 8:
00 am and work until between 5:
00 - 5:
15 pm Monday-Thursday and 8-12 on Friday.
