Check-In/Check-out patients Update patient file upon check-in Collect outstanding balances Collect patients estimated portion(when necessary) Check office email Confirm reservations for the following day Print information for the next day's reservations Maintain a Five Star certification on our phone system Verify/File insurance when necessary Answer the phones according to our Five Star training program Make reservations for new and existing patients Be knowledgeable in procedures, codes, and all terminology related to dentistry Call lab(s) for pick up and case management Email requested X-rays Discuss treatment plans with patients when asked Run reports daily, weekly, and monthly as needed Prepare the deposit at the end of the day Any other tasks necessary to provide excellent service to our patients Check email connected to Indeed account for skill assessments Job Type:
